FAQ

Yes, we do take orders for custom backdrops. 

If you want to make a custom backdrop, please follow the steps below.

  • Send an email to info@glamflame.net, tell us your detail backdrop design requirements and the wanted size, or your wanted backdrops picture to us directly.

Do not place it on wet areas, or flame-prone zones. After every shoot, make sure you roll it back neat and place it inside the storage tube provided. Do not attempt to fold it, for it will damage the texture and material.

Although no two backdrops are identical the texture and color of each have been designed to create uniue recognizable style.

Available backdrops can be shipped to you between 1-7 days based on your location. Custom back drops will take an extra days as it involves the art to be done and finished from the scratch.

 

All sales are final, non-refundable and non-returnable.

We make sure there are no damages as we ship through trusted delivery partners. But in case of damage, we will ensure that we get it replaced, on the condition that it has to be reported on the same day of the delivery.
Requests after the delivery date will not be entertained.
